India is not only known for its population and its unity in diversity but also for the number of billionaires it has got. Here is a list of Indian billionaires ranked on their net worth. Net worths mentioned here was calculated for the entire family of the person in the list and should not be assumed to be the individual's net worth. As most of you expect the Ambani family made it to the top of the list with elder and younger Ambanis taking first and third place with 51 and 45 billion US dollars respectively. Lakshmi Mittal, the steel giant, sits comfortably at the second spot with 49 billion US dollars. Kushal Pal Singh of DLF Universal with USD 35 billion, is the next in the list. Azim Premji is the fifth richest Indian with a net worth of around 15 billion US dollars. The other 5 in the top 10 are Srichand and Gopichand Hinduja, Shashi Ruia and Ravi Ruia, Ramesh Chandra, Kumar Mangalam Birla, and Sunil Mittal with over 10 billion US dollars each. The above information is taken from the list published by Forbes which conducts many yearly surveys. Forbes has also released a list of 40 richest Indians based on their net worth. Though the ranking is made every year, there is no major changes in the list of riches. The rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer.

This may not be the best post on how to increase your blog's traffic. I have just shared here how I built traffic to my blog.
  1. After creating a blog, send a mail to all your contacts so that they would come to know about your blog. This is the best way to announce to others about your blog.
  2. Swap your blog title and post title for better SEO results.
  3. Write quality posts that would attract readers. If someone visits your blog make sure that he/she doesn't leave the blog without reading the full post. Furnish some information that would keep the readers interested.
  4. Add social bookmarking buttons to each of your blog posts so that they can share it among their network of friends.
  5. Build links with other websites and blogs so that you would get readers from others websites and blogs.
  6. Submit your blog to atleast major blog directories.
These are some of the things that I followed to get a traffic of more than 100 unique visitors daily. I once again remind you that these are not the only way to increase your visitors but these are the steps that I followed to get the traffic that I am getting now.
Hi reader friends. This is my 100th post and this is the first time I am writing my blogging experiences in this blog. Last February one of my friends told me how to write a blog and gave me few tips to earn money through blog. Thereon I have written posts on different topics. But only few posts bring me traffic daily. At the end of April I got page rank 3 from Google. After that I started submitting my blog to sites offering paid reviews that I came across. Some of the sites did not approve and some rejected me at first submission. But some sites like ebuzzing, blogsvertise, bloggerwave, smorty, buyblogreviews, loudlaunch, payperpost..etc., approved my blog and offered me paid posts to write in my blog. Till date I have around $130 in my paypal account and around $100 yet to receive. I got most of the money from ebuzzing because they pay in euros. They paid a maximum of 60 euros for writing a single post. Its a European based website and other European language bloggers can also write for them. All other sites have given me just one or two posts till now. Even though I did not get more than 5 paid posts from any site, ebuzzing has paid me more compared to other sites. Currently I am getting more than 100 unique visitors per day from throughout the world but still sites like socialspark, blogdistributor, payu2blog, reviewme have rejected my blog giving different reasons. If someone who can provide support on this issue please comment on this post so that I can benefit. If you are a beginner in blogging and looking to make some cash out of it then I advise you not to forget the sites that I have mentioned above. Happy blogging.

Top 10 Search Engines
When someone says the words 'search engine', the first name that comes to most of internet users' mind is Google. Google has around 70% of the search engine users and continues to attract more users because of its efficiency to provide best results for every search that is performed. There is a difference of around 50% between the list topper and the second placed Yahoo which has little more than 10% of search engine visitors.
Popular Search Engines
Yahoo is closely followed by Bing which also has around 10% of the search engine traffic. One of the graphs show that Google and Bing have more traffic in 2010 as compared against 2009. In the case of Yahoo there is a small decline in the percentage of users though Yahoo attracts a large number of users around the world. Search engines get traffic from direct visits, bookmarking, sharing ...etc., Though there is competition between the 2nd and 3rd places, it seems that the first place will always be occupied by Google. The other search engines that some of the users rely on are AOL, ASK ..etc., that have more than a percentage of users.
