Watch Sheila Ki Jawani Video Online

The item song of the year, Sheila Ki Jawani, by Katrina Kaif in the movie 'Tees Mar Khan' is supposed to be the most watched video these days on internet in India.

This video created a big hype before it was released and it lived up to the expectations after its release too. Katrina has never done a song better than this in her past movies. This song has definitely made the movie a hit and the producers are not complaining.

83rd Oscar(Academy) Award Winners 2011

Colin Firth and Natalie Portman have won the Best Actor and Actress awards at the 83rd Annual Academy awards. The most grossing movie of the previous year, Inception, has won four awards. The King's Speech won the best picture award and the movie's director, Tom Hooper, won the best director award. Top 5 Highest Paid Actors in Hollywood for 2010

The Forbes has come out with a list for the top 5 highest paid actors for the year 2010 based on their earnings from movies, advertisements and television shows. According to Forbes Johnny Depp is the highest paid actor in Hollywood for the year 2010 with an annual gross income of $75 million. Following Depp is Ben Stiller with an annual income of $53 million. Then comes Tom Hanks whose income comes from different sources like production of television programs and movies. He has reportedly earned $45 million. Adam Sandler and Leonardo DiCaprio are at 4th and 5th places with $40 and $28 million respectively. DiCaprio's income is expected to raise in the years to come due to the recent hits from him like Shutter Island and Inception. Inception is the second best grosser for the actor after Titanic. This is only the ratings for the period starting from June 2009 and till June 2010. A lot of change is expected in the list in the forthcoming year.

Kajol, one of the leading and long standing actress in Bollywood is celebrating her 35th birthday on 5th August this year. She debuted in the Hindi movie 'Bekhudi' in the year 1992. From there on till now she has acted in more than 40 movies in different languages. She has won 6 Filmfare awards apart from being nominated on many occasions. Her first Filmfare award came for the movie 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' in which she acted along Shah Rukh Khan and the recent one came for the movie 'Fanaa' which she co-stared with Aamir Khan. She got married to Ajay Devgan, who is also a popular bollywood actor, in the year 1999 and still she lives with him unlike most of the bollywood stars who keep changing their girl friends and boy friends very often. Though she was brought up in Mumbai, she has acted in more number of Telegu and Tamil movies compared to Hindi and Kannada. She was present there for cheering the Force India F1 team. The team is owned by Vijay Mallya who is a multi-faceted business man from Karnataka. Mallya is also the owner of Royal Challengers Bangalore and a football team in Calcutta apart from Force India. Whenever these teams participated in their respective sports Deepika was spotted cheering for the Mallya's teams. Jimena Navarrete is Miss Universe 2010

The results of the Miss Universe 2010 has been announced and Jimena Navarrete has won the title. She is just 22 years old and is from Mexico. This is the 59th year the competition is being held. She was crowned by last year's winner Stefania Fernandez who is from Venezuela. The second position was won by Yendi Phillipps (22 years old) who is also miss Jamaica. Miss Australia, Jesinta Campbell, was placed third in the competition. Last year too miss Australia was placed third. More than 80 participants from different countries took part. Apart from miss universe there were other awards like miss photogenic and miss congeniality which was won by Fonthip Watcharatrakul and Jesinta Campbell respectively. The best national costume award went again to Thailand's Fonthip Watcharatrakul. The event took place in a grand manner in Las Vegas, United States. Prakash Raj Marries Pony Verma

Prakash Raj, south Indian actor, who has also acted in recent Hindi Salman Khan starer Wanted married choreographer Pony Verma on 24th August 2010. Pony Verma is a Choreographer in Hindi cine industry and is a close friend of Prakash Raj for a long time. They both thought that it was the right time to tie the knot and got married yesterday in the presence of both the families and their close friends. Prakash Raj shot to fame after the movie Gilli which was a hit in both Tamil and Telugu (Okkadu). Thereafter it was only hit for him in which ever movie he acted. Recently he also won a national award for his wonderful acting performances in the movie Kancheevaram. The marriage which was conducted in Punjabi style took place in Mumbai. This is second marriage for Prakash Raj. Prakash Raj's mother, daughters, sister and her family were all present for the wedding. His close friends from cine industry were also present and made the occasion a memorable one for the actor. The multifaced actor is around 45 years old now and has done a lot of movies in different languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and so on. Apart from acting he has produced a lot of movies starting from Andhapuram to Payanam and has also directed a movie in Kannada titled Naanu Nanna Kanasu. Akshay Kumar was born in Punjab in the year 1967 this day. His father was a government employee. He was recognized as a good performer in the early days of his career. He made is Bollywood debut in the year 1990. From there on there was no looking back for him in the Bollywood industry. He has survived more than 20 years in the industry now and has not stopped giving hits. He has done variety of roles which the audience love a lot from him. Unlike most of his counterparts he acts in more than one movie in a year. He also states that he is not worried about delivering a good acting performance. He feels that a place in the audience's heart is a big award for his acting skills. The actor has also won many awards. He has won Padma Shree which is one of the most prestigious awards in the country. Apart from movies he has also done TV shows. He is also known for his martial art skills. He got married to Twinkle Khanna in the year 2001 and has got son named Aarav. Lets wish him and his son a very happy birthday. Aarav celebrates his birthday on 15th September.

Aravaan Movie Launched

T.Siva's Amma Creations is producing a movie called "Aravaan" written and directed by Vasanthabalan. The star cast include Aadhi, Pasupathy, Dhansika, Archana Jose and the music will be scored by singer Karthik. The movie is expected to be released next year. Very big shots of kollywood were present in the pooja of the movie.

The last time Pasupathy and Vasanthabalan worked together was for the movie "Veyyil". The young and talented Aadhi has two films (Mirugam and Eram) to his credit that proved his acting skills. His next movie waiting for release is Ayyanaar, which is expected to be released for 2010 Deepavali. Let's wish this new team a grand success because they deserve it.

Bollywood: Highest Paid Actors in India

The times of Big B are gone. The next generation of actors in bollywood have started earning more than Amitabh Bachan for a single movie. Whether or not they give continuous hits doesn't matter to them, but their salaries keep increasing year after year. The bar chart below shows the highest paid actors in India and their salaries in crores.

Akshay Kumar, Amir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Salman Khan are the top 5 highest paid actors in bollywood industry right now. Akshay stays at the top by taking more than 14 crores for a single Hindi movie. He is being paid more because he has given more hits recently compared to other leading stars. If its a comedy then Akshay stands out as the favourite choice of the producers. The best part about Akki is, he has not changed a lot after becoming the highest paid actor in the country. Well if this is the story of bollywood, down south Rajinikanth enjoys more than what these actors earn in bollywood. Hrithik Roshan Speaks Spanish Along Barbara Mori for Kites

The most awaited movie, Kites, of the bollywood and hollywood movie stars Hrithik Roshan-Barbara Mori is set for release on May 21 this summer. The length of the movie is reported to be 130 minutes in Hindi and 90 minutes in the English version. Apart from these two versions, to make the fans of Barbara in Spain happy, the movie is getting ready in Spanish also. The Spanish version is also expected to be 90 minutes as of the English version. The English version doesn't contain the songs that the Hindi has got. Anyhow the English version is expected to be released a week later after the Hindi release.

The director of the movie, Anurag Basu, and the Reliance Big Pictures are planning to make the release reach more audience by making 1750 prints against 1700 prints that they made for "3 Idiots"which was the biggest release in India. There will be 250 prints in the US and 100 in the UK. On the whole there would be 2300 prints of the movie it seems. All the best to the producers who take an Indian movie to a large audience. Hope they taste success in what they pursued.

Kareena Kapoor has gone past Aishwaraya Rai, Katrina Kaif, and Priyanka Chopra in terms of salary for a bollywood movie. She has been singed for Golmal 3 directed by Rohit Shetty, for a salary of 7 crores. She hiked her salary after the grand success of 3 idiots last year. She has also confirmed that she is not interested in working in multi heroine projects anymore. It is said that she received only 2.5 crores for Golmal 2 but since it was a hit, the director doesn't want anyone else except her in the next edition of the movie. Kareena is the only actress along with 5 actors Ajay Devgan, Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade. She won’t be playing the role of lady love of any of the actors in the movie. If this fashion continues in bollywood then actresses will be ending up with more salary than actors in the industry.
