Day by day soft drinks (soda) are being advertised on a large scale and we people keep encouraging it by consuming in large quantities. Soft drinks have become a part of most people's daily food habit. Many have the habit of drinking it at the minimum once a day. But, have we ever thought what effect does these soft drinks in the market really have on our body. The answer to this question is definitely a big NO. Its time to know the bad effects the carbonated drinks have on our body.

Soft drinks are responsible for weight gain, obesity, dental decay, sugar crash, dehydration, blood pressure and soda also affects liver and kidney. The harmful effects of these can be felt and tested by yourself. When you put a small piece of your nail in coca cola for 4 days it would erode completely and it takes only 2 days for human bones to get eroded. The tooth decay or enamel erosion is due to the pH level of the acid that is present in the soft drink. A study says that if the pH level of the acid is less than 5 then it would have a severe enamel erosion. Not only tooth decay but there are many hazards to the health if soft drinks are taken in large quantity.

Instead of taking soft drinks we can switch over to fresh fruit juices or raw fruits which don't have any harmful effect as well as they are also good to health. For few days after you stop soft drinks you would feel sugar let-down. Be prepared for that. To overcome this you can have bottled water or just plain water with lemon added to it. One can even prefer tender coconut to soft drinks. After all, it's in our hands to take good care of our health.

According to wikipedia Aspergers syndrome is named after the Austrian pediatrician Hans Asperger who, in 1944, described children in his practice who lacked nonverbal communication skills, demonstrated limited empathy with their peers, and were physically clumsy. Aspergers is not actually a disease at all but more of a condition that many children have. Aspergers is a developmental disorder that affects a child's ability to socialize and communicate effectively with others. Signs and symptoms of Aspergers include displaying unusual nonverbal communication, such as lack of eye contact, few facial expressions, or awkward body postures and gestures.

It's natural for small children to be egocentric, and many little ones show a strong interest in a particular topic. These alone aren't reasons to be alarmed! However, if your child has frequent problems in school or seems unable to make friends, it's time to consult your pediatrician. These difficulties have many possible causes, but developmental disorders such as Aspergers shouldn't be ruled out.

For sure this news will leave most of the Maruti 800 fans and owners emotional. Yes, Maruti has decided to bring the curtains down on the production of Maruti 800. It is the second longest production, next only to Ambassador. It made its presence on the Indian roads way back in December, 1983. Since its launch 2,700,000 Maruti 800s have been rolled out till date. Because of technological improvements made to it since it's introduction, it was considered the most affordable, efficient and best in fuel consumption from the olden days. The first of it's kind was priced at Rs.48,000 and now it costs around 200,000.
There were many inclusions to it after its arrival in to the customer market. The first one was the introduction of air conditioner and music system in the year 198, but the original 796 cubic centimeter capacity of the engine remained the same from its introduction. The latest of its kind in the market has the capability to switch from petrol to LPG engine technology according to the driver's needs. It was considered to be the most reliable and durable car but there are many good cars (including Maruti's own Alto) priced at the same range in the present market making its future questionable. So, its time to bid adieu to the legend.

It's also believed that the movie has no female lead. Gautham has decided to go for a cop story this time and make it a bit thrilling to watch too. Ajith's hair cut, when he attended the Asal audio launch, suggests that it could be cop story. Tentatively the movie has been named "Thuppariyum Anand" and the name "Ulavali" is also under consideration.

The only bad news for Ajith fans is that his 50th movie will get released only in 2011. Meanwhile Ajith is expected to participate in the Formula 2 championship which starts later this month which continues till October.
