The 18 year old Indian Squash queen Dipika Pallikal defeated Emma Beddoes (Eng) with scores of 11-9, 11-8, 9-11, and 11-6 to win her maiden WISPA Indian Challenger squash tournament at Calcutta Racket Club squash courts. In the semi final, she defeated the top ranked Sharon Wee. Now Dipika is ranked 49 in among the world quash players. "I didn't have too many expectations before coming here. Nonetheless, it's truly a wonderful feeling to achieve such a feat," Dipika told reporters. Let's hope that she continues this brilliant form and take India to great heights in squash.
